We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join a growing company, this is a really exciting opportunity for someone to be part of a dynamic organisation that is committed to growth based in Doncaster.

You will be a driven, self-motivated, forward thinking and tenacious Recruitment Consultant, with a desire to succeed, hungry for success and driven by targets and revenue.


We have roles available for temporary and permanent consultants who have proven track records and can demonstrate their previous billings and success.


Temporary consultant to manage a growing desk - we are looking for someone with experience of running a fast paced temp desk, someone that can think on their feet and fill high volume roles.


The role and you:


  • Running a busy recruitment desk with experience of either temp or perm recruitment
  • Interviewing and assessing applicants.
  • Promoting the business and selling via telephone and face to face
  • Managing and developing key accounts.
  • Develop and expand on existing and new client relationships with key decision maker
  • Continuously deliver on live assignments
  • Full 360 Recruitment
  • Previous recruitment experience is essential (ideally 2 years +)
  • Proven track record
  • Ability to work under pressure and exceed expectations
  • Experience of working towards and meeting targets
  • Strong organisational and IT skills are essential
  • Confidence when speaking to people at all levels
  • A tenacious attitude towards sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
