As a therapist within our team, you will work as an autonomous practitioner within the multidisciplinary team, assessing, treating, and managing your own patient caseload

Remuneration range & benefits available:

- £20,000 salary

• Access to bonus schemes linked to meeting company KPIs
• Access to monthly faceface CPD (this is run on the first Tuesday of every month in our Leeds Central clinic)
• Admin time to manage your caseload and develop the business links for your clinics working in conjunction with our Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
• Personal mentorship time with the SLT
• Use of gym facilities at Ultraflex Gym

Desirable requirements:

• Relevant Degree or Sports Massage Qualification
• Personal liability/insurance
• Enhanced CRB check
• Experience in sports/private practice would be a bonus
• Ability to commute between clinics
• Ability to work evenings and weekends (since this is when our greatest demand for appointments is)
