Lettings Negotiator

Location:
Clapham, Southeast London

Salary:
£15,000-£18,000 - Dependant on experience, 10% commission, annual bonus, Car allowance, plus local parking permit.


An exciting opportunity is now available for a Lettings Negotiator with a competitive salary and excellent benefits to join a leading residential real estate agent.

The Role:


The role as a Lettings Negotiator will liaise between tenants and landlords to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals when applicable, manage client paperwork and bookings, removing properties from the market when they are let agreed and ensure all propertiesadhere to proper health and safety standards.


Skills, experience, and qualifications:


  • Must have own car and insurance
  • Can be new to industry or up to 1 year experience in residential lettings at a similar agency.
