Are you based near Cwmbran and interested in joining the leading firm in Suction Excavation? We are now operational from our Cwmbran depot and are looking for both experienced and trainee suction excavator operatives to join our growing team

About us

Force One were established in 2004 and now operate a large fleet of Suction Excavators and supporting plant, as well as a fleet of Road Rail vehicles.

Acquired by the Readypower Group in 2023, we have continued to grow into a multifaceted company with continuing development opportunities for staff.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for people who are flexible, able to work days/nights/weekends as required
Willing to learn, progress and adapt to a variety of work settings and requirements
Able to stay away from home when required
Work effectively a part of a team as well as individually
Friendly, able to provide high standard of customer service
Live within commutable distance of the Cwmbran area.

The role
You will work across a variety of industries, settings and customer sites meaning no two days are the same.

Working as part of a minimum two-person team, you will be providing an excellent standard of service to our customers.
