Inizio Engage currently have the pleasure of working with award winning business, SureScreen Diagnostics, to recruit a Hospital Key Account Manager to cover South West and Wales, SureScreen are a consistently growing company, who have been providing diagnostic solutions for 25 years, believing early, accurate diagnosis is better than waiting for problems to arise, and a pro-active approach greatly benefits people's health, identifies issues early in their development, prevents accidents from happening and has a positive effect on performance, productivity and reputation.

This role will play a key part in achieving positive endorsements for SureScreen products, working with key HCP's and Payors to achieve positive formularies and guidelines across the territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement agreed territory Business Plans.
  • Responsible for portfolio sales through networking and education of a variety of HCPs inthe NHS Secondary and Tertiary accounts in an agreed territory.
  • Engage with primary care decision makers and budget holders as required.
  • Accountable for the identification, development and ongoing relationship of Key Opinion Leaders and primary decision makers.
  • Work cross functionally to contribute forecasts required by the S&OP committee to manufacture products and maintain safety levels.
  • Responsibility for building, maintaining and maximising commercial relationships with NHS accounts.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • University Degree in Science, Marketing or similar relevant qualification preferrable.
  • 3 years proven track record in pharmaceutical /device/healthcare secondary care sales.
  • Knowledge and experience of POCT/Rapid Testing/DOA market is considered an advantage but not essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare environment
  • Good understanding of the needs of the currently changing NHS essential including ability to knowledgeably input into payor discussions.
  • Has a robust understanding of the local network, including healthcare professionals, KOLs, marketing agencies etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including MS Office.
  • Acts as change agent in a very agile organisation.
