0000LS_ An independent Graduate Building Surveyor, is now needed to join a reputable and sociable construction and property practice, based in Central London.


The Graduate Building Surveyor's role


As the new Graduate Building Surveyor, you will be working on a varied workload of professional and project services; including contract administration, dilapidations, schedules of conditions, party wall matters and technical due diligence.


You'll work with a broad range of clients across the commercial, residential, healthcare and education sectors, gaining experience and confidence in client management.


The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have full training and support with their APC, with various other similar levelled Building Surveyors to bounce off and regular 1:1 progress check-ins.


The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have

  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • Good, clear communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to use and work on own initiative
  • A good understanding of Building Surveying services
  • Ambitious attitude, keen to learn and team player
