Skills from you:

**Basic Understanding of Networking Topology, Terminology and VoIP deliverance.

**Experience with proven track record in B2B and or B2C

**Strong MS Office Skills


Roles and Responsibilities:

**As a Telecoms Support you will be responsible for the oversight of onboarding new business generated via the sales team

**Managing multiple sites telecom requirement nationwide you will be responsible for delivering against performance targets. You will need to be a team player and able to develop strong internal networks to deliver customer requirements

**Also provide ad-hoc support to receive calls from customers

Salary:
£22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
