We are currently seeking tutors for the reopening of our tuition center, Brilliant Minds Academy, located in Seven Kings, Ilford.

The centre was highly successful in it's previous run and had a track record of great success.

The pay for this position is set at £13 per hour, and sessions are scheduled on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 6.30 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide tutoring sessions to students in need of academic support. Maximum 4 students per tutor.
• Develop individualized lesson plans based on students' specific needs and learning styles
• Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and other stakeholders
• Experience working with children, particularly those with special education needs or learning difficulties
• Patience and empathy to create a supportive learning environment
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
• Excellent organizational skills to track student progress and maintain accurate records

This position requires a passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
