    Job description: Aspire People have a fantastic opportunity for a Level 2 qualified Teaching Assistant who has experienced in delivering small group Phonics sessions and is seeking work in the Manchester area.
The role will begin ASAP and will run up until the end of the academic year. The working hours are 08:30am - 15:30pm Monday - Friday.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Hold a minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Have experience with working different Phonics programmes
  • Experience with interventions in small groups and 1:
  • KS1 experience or EYFS
  • Excellent behaviour management
