The Pastry Chef will be supporting the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for the sites entire Pastry offering, including, hospitality, fine dining & events.

Producing food to the highest standards is essential at this premium site, using the finest ingredients available.

Within this large site they cover retail & hospitality which can consist of fine dining, bowl food, canapes & events.

This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Pastry Chef to showcase their skills.

The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation.
