Newstaff has a new and existing position available for a Transport Administrator on a temp-perm position based in Tongwell, Milton Keynes


Transport Administrator in Milton Keynes:


Duties:


  • Act as the main point of contact for both drivers and customers, effectively dealing with any issues that may arise
  • Carry out debriefs of drivers, liaise with the warehouse teams and day staff
  • Carrying out Administration tasks as directed by your manager
  • Escalate details of vehicle accidents, defects, or any fleet issues to Senior Management

You will need:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook
  • Capable of working in a team and on their own initiative
  • Hours: 07:0015:30 (flexibility will be required to cover holidays/sickness)
  • Monday to Friday

In Return:

  • Temp-Perm position
  • Salary: £23,400 pa £11.25ph whilst on Agency
  • 40 hour week
  • Available immediately if successful after the interview
  • Training given
  • Possible progression through the company for the right person
