Team Leader in Melting

Purpose of Role:

The Team Leader will provides guidance and instruction to encourage a positive team culture of working safely whilst achieving maximum output.

Key Responsibilities:

Organising work to achieved the defined targets
Ensuring instructions are communicated clearly within the team
Support and encourage team members to build an inclusive environment
Problem solve and implement solutions
Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Prior knowledge of the melting department
Team leader experience not mandatory however beneifical
Ability to work on a rolling 3 shift rota

Compensation:

Competitive rate
Shift Premium
37 hour work week
25 days annual leave plus public holidays
Pension Scheme; 4% with 6% Weir Contributions, 6% with 9% Weir Contributions & 8% with 12% Weir Contributions
