Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the customer service experience.
Responsibilities
Engage in a positive and professional manner with new and existing customers
- Act as a reference point for customers regarding insurance claims, rental agreements, and rental cars
- Provide information on current and future products and services
- Meet personal customer service goals (per company goals)
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate alternatives, follow up and follow up again
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer complaints, and file documents
- Assist with other tasks as needed
- Stay uptodate on new products and services
- Build relationships of trust through a positive attitude
- Handle emergencies and crises in a timely manner and have the ability to get customer resolved
Requirement:

1-3 years of previous customer service experience required
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
£21,346.00-£22,717.00 per year

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

- United Kingdom (preferred)
