We are looking for a Project Planner to join our Reading Team, supporting our new customer connection projects.


In this role you will:

  • Develop and maintain detailed Programme Schedules using Primavera P6 for a portfolio of New Grid connection projects.
  • Identify critical path and run analysis across multiple work packages and ensure potential delays to critical path activities are identified and mitigated.
  • Produce clear and concise management reports to assist Senior Management decision making.
  • Provide the Project Manager with a detailed schedule variation report, assist with delay analysis, impacts of delays and potential mitigation strategies.
  • Establish the Programme Baseline and monitor monthly performance and variance analysis.

What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have the following skills and experience:

  • Experienced and skilled user of Primavera P
  • Project Management experience in a construction-based setting. Prince2, APM PMQ / IPMA level D would be preferred.
  • Experience with Change Management and the ability to ensure a clear audit trail of changes impacting a given programme of works.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills will be essential for this role.
  • Results driven team member.
