We are looking for a Project Planner to join our Reading Team, supporting our new customer connection projects.

In this role you will:

Develop and maintain detailed Programme Schedules using Primavera P6 for a portfolio of New Grid connection projects.
Identify critical path and run analysis across multiple work packages and ensure potential delays to critical path activities are identified and mitigated.
Produce clear and concise management reports to assist Senior Management decision making.
Provide the Project Manager with a detailed schedule variation report, assist with delay analysis, impacts of delays and potential mitigation strategies.
Establish the Programme Baseline and monitor monthly performance and variance analysis.

What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have the following skills and experience:

Experienced and skilled user of Primavera P
Project Management experience in a construction-based setting. Prince2, APM PMQ / IPMA level D would be preferred.
Experience with Change Management and the ability to ensure a clear audit trail of changes impacting a given programme of works.
Outstanding communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills will be essential for this role.
Results driven team member.
