Due to continuing expansion, an opportunity has arisen within our Customer Service Department.Working as part of our friendly, vibrant team, you will be responsible for supporting the production of specialist contact lenses.
This is an exciting time to join our business are we are currently in a period of expansion, which will provide plenty of opportunities for future progression into a variety roles.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls, taking orders and dealing with queries efficiently and effectively
- General admin duties
- Providing basic contact lens technical advice and accounting queries
- Placing and processing orders
- Updating and maintaining records on our customer portal
Requirements:
- Basic IT skills such as outlook and excel experience
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to work well in a busy environment
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
