The Role
Our client, a well-established Coventry
- based business, is looking for a HR Administrator, to join their busy HR department.
In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of HR Administration, including:
- Preparing and maintaining general HR paperwork and employee documentation
- Liaising with stakeholders as required to ensure paperwork and documentation is complete
- Oversee and coordinate the HR calendar manage priorities and bookings
- Provide administrative support for HR meetings
- Assist with the development, tracking, enforcement and revision of HR policies
- Respond to general enquiries regarding HR policies, programs and procedures
- Prepare employment offer letters and job descriptions and coordinate new hire onboarding and the offboarding process
- Provide the HR team with logístical and administrative support
- Prior experience in a HR environment
- The ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced Microsoft skills
- An understanding of HR policies and procedures (desirable)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, efficient and the ability to prioritise workload.
Working hours:
Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 5pm.
