Our two products, Ardens Clinical and Ardens Manager, are used by 87% of GP Practices across England.


Role Overview


Ardens develops national and local content which enables GP practices to record and monitor activity via a series of clinical templates and reports.

We are looking for a new Content Project Administrator to support the Project Managers in the delivery of our content.


Responsibilities

  • Triaging the local/national contracts inbox and liaising with other teams to help resolve customer queries
  • Liaising with clients to obtain locally commissioned service specifications
  • Logging all specifications and client notes on internal systems to ensure all teams have the information they need
  • Supporting the workflow process for the Emis Web, SystmOne and Ardens Manager development teams
  • Attending relevant weekly meetings and taking notes as required
  • Attending client meetings as required, taking notes to ensure actions are accurately captured
  • Liaising with other teams eg. Accounts, Deployment, Support and Training Team to ensure smooth workflows are maintained and all internal customers have the information they need
  • Assisting with the delivery of communications to clients

About you

Experience/skills

  • Previous experience in administration is desirable
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Ability to work as part of a team
