Our resort includes 2 4* hotels, over 40 5* self catering lodges and retreats, 3 restaurants, a spa and stunning leisure facilities all set in a beautiful location on the outskirts of Brodick on the Isle of Arran.

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team.

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 1 years experience preferably gained from working in a similar role in a 4/5* hospitality business.

You will be outgoing and passionate about delivering excellent service to delight our guests.

We are looking for someone who is self motivated and comfortable to use their own initiative to manage guest queries and deliver an exceptional overall experience.

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as you will spend a lot of time interacting with guests.

Main duties include:

To provide front desk reception welcome and services to guests.
To take bookings and enquiries as required and if the reservationist is unavailable.
To liaise with other departments across the Resort to ensure all guest needs are met.
To provide excellent Resort and local knowledge to advise guests on ways to enhance their stay.
To maintain the cleanliness and ambience our Reception areas

The working pattern for this position is usually 5 days from 7 on a rolling rota basis. You must be available to work weekends and evening shifts.
