We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team in Somerset. As a Support Worker, you will provide emotional support and practical guidance to children in our residential care home.We offer comprehensive induction and training from day one, ongoing professional development through our Learning & Development Team, and a beautiful well-equipped home environment tailored to children's needs.
