We are seeking a new team member, based within our School Professional Services team, as an Administrator supporting our students and academic courses, primarily working on our successful and growing Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.

You will be responsible for taking the lead on ensuring the monitoring and management of all placements and ensuring that course coordination and administration is managed effectively and efficiently, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required.

In addition to this you will support other courses and areas of the School as required and determined by the grading of the role.


You will work under the supervision of the Deputy Senior Administrator and in partnership with the academic and clinical staff involved in the programme.

You will also be a key member of, and work closely with the wider School Professional Services to ensure all University regulations and student and academic processes are adhered to, in addition to those required by PSRB partners.

You will have the skills and ability to provide a high-level administrative service, and experience of monitoring and evaluating and compiling statistical information.

You should be able to build rapport and excellent working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders and have sound judgement when working with our partners.
