We're looking for a Technical Administrator to join Regional Civils team to help deliver projects for the Environmental Agency within the Exeter and Dorset region.

Responsibilities
To support the Senior Buyer, Project Engineers, and Commercial Manager with administrative functions to ensure the project runs in a timely and organised manner.
- Assisting the Senior Buyer, Project Engineers, and Commercial Manager with the placing or supplier orders, accounting, and commercial administrative functions on the Project.
- You will manage Goods Received Notes, including collection from site, collation/task code/validation and GRN system entry (Plant & Materials).
- Invoice verification, where system applicable, including Invoice matching and processing, invoice queries, and exception handling.
- Recording and processing of payroll information, labour allocation, labouronly subcontractors including, assisting with cost monitoring, and reporting including and general duties.
What do we need from you?
- Computer literate, with experience of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Ideally have knowledge and practical understanding of finance systems
- Ideally familiar with procurement processes
- Attention to detail
- Time management
