We've brought together an incredible community of the nation's finest event suppliers, from independent photographers, mixologists and florists, to the finest chefs and restaurants in the world such as Nobu, Bao, and Honest Burger, now bookable for any event through Feast It.

Our clients include everyone from Amazon, Nike and London Pride, to Tom Cruise, Star Wars and Taylor Swift.

We have seen nothing but rapid growth and raised a significant round of funding at the end of last year, and have been featured in many major publications including; The Guardian, The Times, Techcrunch, The FT.

Further, we have been named in the top 15 in Tempo's 50 Best Places to Work.


Overall we have also attracted around £15m in funding over multiple rounds from some of the UK's finest investors including Tim Score (Chairman of British Land), MAHR Projects, Ascension Ventures, Guy Berryman (member of Coldplay) and Richard Pennycook (Chairman of On The Beach and Boparen, former THG Chair) who has joined us as Chair.


The Role
The Head of Sales is a new role, responsible for converting new enquiries and growing existing accounts. This role is crucial in achieving our business goals for 2023 and beyond.


You will be responsible for managing our talented (inside) sales and account management team, who have achieved outstanding YoY growth for multiple years, and elevate them to the next level.

You will motivate, inspire and nurture the team to stretch themselves and continually improve their skills, while leading the tactics and strategies necessary to achieve success.

This will be a vital role in steering the business to its short-term targets, while providing the leadership and strategy to enable us to achieve our ambitious long-term plan of becoming the world's biggest events company.


In addition to leading the day-to-day sales function, you will also provide the sales leadership voice to internal stakeholders, working collaboratively with the Head of Key Account Management to scale the process and handle increasing volume.

You will work alongside our Product Director to build the tools and features that help more customers find success independently online, and with our CMO to ensure that our pipeline is consistently filled with the enquiries we need to meet our targets.


Ultimately, as the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for ensuring that Feast It is able to hit its ambitious targets on a monthly basis and you will be provided with the autonomy, support, and resources needed to achieve these targets and take the sales arm of our business to new heights.

Responsibilities

  • Focusing on conversion as the key metric for success, and ensuring that no opportunity is missed in pursuit of sales team ROI. You will obsess over this metric every day and drive your team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Taking full ownership of the sales team's performance and ensuring that the ambitious sales targets are consistently met.
  • Mentoring and managing the Account Managers and Sales Executives, nurturing their talents, and helping them to develop their skills and reach their full potential.
  • Driving and improving crossselling efforts as we transition to a multivertical event platform. You will use your expertise to lead the team towards success.
  • Defining the sales processes and techniques that will help us to hit our targets, continually reviewing and refining these processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Working closely with crossfunctional stakeholders in Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure that they are adequately supporting sales growth objectives, while holding them accountable for their performance.
  • Owning the endtoend event inbound sales pipeline, ensuring that it is populated with the right opportunities for success. You will lead the team and collaborate with marketing to expand the pipeline when necessary.
