Reed Oxford are delighted to be partnering with a global manufacturer and distributor in essential components to support with the recruitment of a HR Administrator to join a friendly and established HR team based in their Kidlington office.


The HR Administrator will be delivering an administration service to the business and build relation ships with employees at all levels of the business.


The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the end-to-end on boarding process for all new starters
  • Being the first point of contact for new employees
  • Creating contracts, offer letters and paperwork for new joiners and update any contract changes
  • Updating systems to track new starters, as well as updating managers
  • Undertaking inductions with new joiners
  • Taking ownership of the probation period process


Prior experience of working in a HR administration role is preferable as is exposure to working with all levels of stakeholders.

A clear understanding of HR policies and knowledge of employment legislation is key, as is good knowledge of HR Management systemsand Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
