Tradewind are recruiting on behalf of one of our St.

Helens secondary schools who are looking to appoint a Geography Teacher to start in January 2023 for a two-term long-term position.

Pay for this position is negotiable depending on experience

The successful Geography Teacher will be joining an 11-16 academy converter with 1300 students on roll.

The schools mission is to work together to inspire excellence and by striving for their mission the school achieve aim to achieve their core values ofrespect, courage and ambition.

The Geography department aim to inspire students to travel the world from their classroom exploring issues such as climate change, poverty, deprivation and global shifts in economic power.

The essentials:

QTS or equivalent
Experience teaching Geography across KS3 and KS
Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one
Full and complete career history
Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
Legal right to work in the UK
