Our client is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity, as a
Project Manager, working on a military estate in
Tidworth, in support of our Army.

They are responsible for building, improving and maintaining soldier's single living and working accommodation.


Duties of the Project Manager include:

  • Overseeing one-of-a-kind construction projects
  • Asset planning
  • Preparing Pre-Construction packs, in accordance with CDM regulations
  • Ensuring projects are specified and tendered in a timely and cost effective manner
  • Stakeholder liaison and management
  • Tender management

The successful Project Manager will:


  • Have a recognised Construction or M&E Project Management qualification
  • An NQF Level 4/5 in a relevant discipline.
  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • The ability to nurture and develop a team

Due to the nature of the environment, you will be asked to complete the standard Security Vetting for the establishments.

This role is PAYE only.
