Consultant in Care of the Elderly Medicine based at University Hospital Hairmyres.

These posts offer the opportunity for committed clinicians to join the University Hairmyres Hospital Consultants working within Older Peoples Services.

The main duties of these posts will involve delivering Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment as part of Acute and Interface Geriatrics. This includes Acute Receiving, Frailty at the Front Door and Intermediate Care. There will be also be the option of involvement in areas of specialty interest.
