We are looking for a loving, caring, fun
Care Assistant / Part Time for a 26yr old female with CP (Cerebral palsy).

We need someone who is outgoing and up for anything as she is a very fun and active young woman who loves to get out and try new fun activities, go shopping or to the cinema.

She also has a small dog so staff would need to be happy with Dogs.

Care Duties would be as follows.

Help with personal care and daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, eating, teeth brushing,
Cooking and cleaning.

Driving

Has a WAV (wheelchair accessible vehicle) that needs carers to drive to get her to appointments or to get to the supermarket or to see friends and family. We do help staff with learning how to use the van and we help them get used to the size of the vehicle. Must have a full (clean) UK driver's license and due to insurance would need to be 21yrs +. She does have a speech impediment however after spending time with her it becomes easy to understand her speech.

Part Time Day/Hours required.

Thursdays and Fridays weekly from 8am8pm (12hr shifts)
3 Saturdays a month, 9am4pm
Total Weekly hours = 31 hours

Salary
-
Thursday and Fridays are £12.00 per hour whilst on probation (lasts 3-6months) and then £15.40 per hour after probation.

Saturdays are 9am-4pm (7hrs) and are £14.00 per hour on probation and £17.60 per hour after.
