Job Title:
Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
This is a high-profile role for an exceptional individual who can maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgement, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's busy calendar, scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare briefing documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence on the CEO's behalf.
- Arrange meetings and conferences, managing invitations, RSVPs, and all event logistics.
- Take accurate meeting minutes and circulate to relevant parties.
- Maintain the CEO's files and records, both paperbased and electronic.
- Arrange domestic and international business travel and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Liaise with the CEO's direct reports and leadership team on his behalf.
- Screen incoming calls and redirect to appropriate parties or take detailed messages.
- Manage the CEO's personal matters including expenses, and bills, with discretion.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Manage invoices, expenses, budgets and records for the CEO's office.
- Proofread and edit correspondence, documents, and presentations.
- Arrange catering and refreshments for internal meetings.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Coordinate the CEO's participation in external events, conferences and speaking engagements.
- Keep updated on organizational initiatives to brief the CEO.
- Schedule regular maintenance and services for the CEO's company vehicle.
- Run special errands and personal projects on behalf of the CEO.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellence in handling confidential information with discretion
- Ability to prioritize tasks and use sound judgement
- Proactive selfstarter who anticipates needs and takes initiative
- Proficiency in MS Office and office systems/software
- Experience scheduling international travel is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred

£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Experience:
Executive Assistant: 3 years (preferred)
Personal Assistant: 3 years (preferred)
