Head of Finance - Part time
Our client is an independent charity combating domestic abuse in East Surrey. As Head of Finance, you'll provide strategic financial advice, manage finances, and support decision-making reporting into the CEO.

Head of Finance - What will I be doing?

Financial and management accounting
Financial strategic management
Stakeholder reporting
Budgeting and forecasting
Grant management

Head of Finance - What experience do I need?
NB This position is restricted to female applicants in accordance with Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9 (part 1).

You will need to be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Previous financial leadership experience
Charitable sector experience desirable
Treasury experience desirable
Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word)
Strong interpersonal skills
Highly organized
Ability to work with kindness, honesty and integrity at all times in line with the charity's ethos.

Head of Finance - What else do I need to know?

Salary:
£16,000 - £18,000 p.a. for 14 hours/week (full-time equivalent £40,000 - £45,000 p.a.)

Holiday of 2 and a half weeks including Bank Holidays. Defined contribution pension scheme

This role will be based in the Redhill office initially with some flexibility for home working.
