OCU Group currently has an opportunity for an experienced Planner to join our team in Bridgend.

This role is Fixed Term, 9 month, Maternity cover position. A fantastic opportunity for a P6 Planner to develop more experience with a fast moving and growing company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Import and export data and costs per project.
Develop and update project schedules using Primavera P6 software, ensuring alignment with project requirements, milestones, and deadlines.
Liaise with various teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and project management, to gather necessary inputs for accurate scheduling and planning.

Skills and Experience:

Proficient in Primavera P6 planning software and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project teams.
Strong understanding of project planning principles, critical path analysis, and resource allocation.
Hold a clean driver's licence and travel between OCU offices for meetings/updates.
Previous external telecoms projects experience advantageous.
Previous utilities experience required.
Selfmotivated and able to work autonomously.
