Supervisor to join a dynamic regional company recognised for developing and training its staff to succeed in their roles.

Based in
Portsmouth, our
Supervisor will join us on a
full-time, permanent
basis, and in return, you will receive a
competitive salary of £35,000 - £38,000 per annum and excellent benefits.

Key responsibilities as our
Supervisor will include:

  • Going out with the client and scoping void and occupied properties in accordance with the process
  • Liaising with the tenants and clients alike on a regular basis
  • Ensuring that all paperwork is filled in correctly and that is ready for onsite purposes
  • Liaising with Sub-Contractor partners and book these in accordingly to fit in with the programme
  • Managing the sites you control
  • Offering onsite guidance to the operatives
  • Conducting Health & safety audits and quality checks

What we are looking for in our Supervisor:

  • 5 years' experience of working in a Building Maintenance environment
  • 3 years' experience of working in a Supervisors role
  • 2 years Scoping details and work capture within the residential housing field
  • Experience of kitchens, bathrooms and wet room process and procedures
  • NVQ2 or equivalent in a trade skill
  • IOSH Working Safely (Desirable)
  • Scaffold Inspector Course (Desirable)
  • Have a full driving licence
