Description
The post holder will provide a comprehensive Reception and Security service under the direction of the Security Manager. Proven management and customer service skills are a must have.Previous experience in a locked facility or law enforcement is desirable, but more important is flexibility and customer service skills.
Full training for the role will be given.
The post holder will sensitively assist in the security of the Unit using a limited access system and the monitoring of the entry and egress point.
The post holder will be responsible for liaising with hospital mangers, day to day security, team management and a quality service is delivered.
The post holder will have the following attributes, excellent time keeping, good communication skills and good interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service.
