Do you possess a keen eye for design and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into visually engaging and informative experiences?


Wolfden is a newly established startup incubator/accelerator that supports highly innovative brands in the Blockchain and fintech sectors.

We are seeking a talented multi-skilled graphic designer with experience in creating visually appealing and eye-catching designs.

You will lead the design for the Wolfden brand and supporting various clients, and skilled at breaking down complex topics into engaging and interactive designs.

Responsibilities:

• Create high quality concepts and visually appealing designs that resonate with target audiences including: brand and logo identity, social media graphics, digital content, company presentations, campaigns, marketing materials, signage and website visuals.
• Effectively transform complex information and technology concepts into clear, engaging and interactive designs.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all deliverables, adhering to established style guides and brand guidelines.
• Closely collaborate with internal teams and external partners to communicate new design perspectives and align creatives efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
• Efficiently take on new design tasks from brief to delivery.
• Be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Stay aligned with the latest design trends in the fintech and blockchain community.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography and colour theory, trends, responsive layouts and best practices.
• Proven experience in graphic design and brand identity with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating impactful visuals for Blockchain, Web3, DeFi, Crypto or Fintech brands.
• Proficiency in design software, including Figma (or similar) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Comfortable with both print and web design and a through understanding of how design impacts the user experience.
• 2D design.
• Strong creative skills to build our brands in new and innovative ways.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with liaising with internal and external clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Highly organised and thrives in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to embrace new challenges.
• BA degree in Graphic Design, or a relevant field is preferred.
• While not mandatory, knowledge of 2D/3D motion graphics and animation is advantageous.
