Key Responsibilities of the Role

Supervise, coordinate and monitor subcontractors' performance
Proven track record in successfully delivering projects to a high standard
Withstand an intense, highpressure environment delivering projects to strict deadlines
Monitor their own progress and the progress of others in accordance with the agreed project schedule and issue notifications where required
Check and understand all drawings and specifications. Ensure that any errors are formally communicated to the project manager

- liaise with the client, subcontractors, and associated consultants and be able to chair regular progress meetings.

Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications building regulations and good building practice
Ensure compliance with the company's quality procedures
Attending progress meetings with clients and/or representatives
Overseeing from the first fix stage right through preparing and managing snagging lists and reporting on subcontractors.

Essential Criteria for the Role:

Appropriate construction qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) detailed knowledge of construction in highend residential or major large commercial projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic along with maintaining a high level of Health and Safety.
Well organised and have the ability to multitask
Ability to demonstrate commitment, hard work, enthusiasm, and flexibility

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£225.00-£260.00 per day
