At our residential home in Beeston, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team.

Based in the town of Beeston, our home provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals.

As a support worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life and promoting their well-being.


We are currently looking for a support workers to work day shifts (7am-7pm), with the opportunity to pick up more shifts at any of our company sites.


What we'd like from you:
Previous experience in a similar role or a genuine interest in mental health care.

Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.

Flexibility to work day shifts and accommodate the needs of our service.

Reliable & trustworthy

A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Basic knowledge of mental health conditions and an eagerness to learn and grow.

Flexibility and strong "can do" attitude

What we'd like to give you:
A salary of £11.00 per hour

Emergency shift cover rate of £13 per hour

*Please note that it is compulsory to attend our two-week induction training if successful, prior to starting on shift within the role. This will be paid
