Description

We are currently seeking a Stores Operative who will work with their team members to provide exceptional service to the production function.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining stock accuracy, on time deliveries / kitting and provide a world class customer focused service.
  • Efficiently manage your daily work load to facilitate the production lines and the Stores Processes.
  • Completion of KPI's in agreement with the Manager.
  • Drive improvements within the team.
  • Management of materials systems in a timely manner.
  • Locate and manage stock within the store's areas.
  • Complete all administration requirements of the stores area's accurately and on time.
  • Work within the desired production schedules.
  • Ensure housekeeping and a safe working environment.
  • ISO9001 and 14001 adherences.
  • Complete weekly department audits with the help of a Team Leader or Manager.

Essential skills and knowledge:


  • Experience within a materials store's environment is an advantage.
  • Passion and drive to succeed.
  • Resilience and flexibility to manage changing priorities, whilst ensuring a 'hands on' approach is maintained.
  • Driving licence, Forklift licence are a distinctive advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have a positive mind set and a cando approach.
  • Basic understand of Microsoft word, excel and power point.

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£11.00 per hour
