Requirements:

Credit Support:

Perform thorough KYC & AML checks on clients.
Assist in preparing and executing legal documents for Satago Invoice Finance Clients.
Efficiently manage requests for drawdown of funds in our selective invoice finance product.
Provide attentive support for debt and invoice verification requests.
Proactively follow up with clients or relationship managers regarding overdue invoices.

Finance Support:

Provide strong support to the finance team in handling accounts payable responsibilities, including processing invoices, expense reports, purchase orders, and preparing the monthly supplier run.
Aid in conducting basic reconciliations and thoroughly investigating any discrepancies.
Monitor finance and credit inboxes diligently, promptly responding to queries.
Assist with routine payroll and finance administrative tasks, such as gathering and distributing reports to stakeholders and employees/contractors, addressing customer success inquiries, and coordinating with clients as necessary.
Help in the preparation of accurate financial reports as required.
Contribute to monthend tasks as necessary.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Enter and manage data with meticulous precision in different systems and databases.
Ensure that financial transaction records are wellorganized and consistently kept uptodate.

Communication and Collaboration:

Work synergistically alongside colleagues from different departments to facilitate seamless workflow and efficient communication.
Act as a reliable contact person for both internal and external queries, delivering respectful and helpful support.

To excel in this role, you should have:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
At least 1 year of experience in finance or credit risk (including internships).
A keen eye for detail and a knack for accuracy.
A strong drive to learn and grow within our company.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
The ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in credit risk, invoice finance, or diary management is a notable advantage, although not required as we provide training.
