BDS are currently looking for a Estates Maintenance Operative to work with a local housing association in the Erith, Kent area.


You will be working as part of a team and duties may include cleaning, litter picking, bin stores and the reporting of issues and improvements, safety and security of our customers, visitors and Orbits properties.

Roles include but are not limited too;

  • Providing a high standard cleaning service to communal areas in blocks including lifts, stairwells, floors, walls and windows.
  • Maintain clear, tidy and safe refuse areas such as bin stores, chute rooms and hoppers, following specific cleaning specifications and standards.
  • Providing a litter picking service, which may include noxious substances and drug paraphernalia to ensure estates are maintained to a safe standard.
- appropriately and conforms to COSHH and fire regulations

  • Assist the Estates Team Manager, in the monitoring, reporting and reordering of cleaning materials and cleaning/gardening equipment.
This is a temp to perm position to start ASAP.

YOU DO NEED TO BE A DRIVER WITH ACSESS TO A VEHICLE

This is a full time role, 7am

  • 3pm Monday
  • Friday
Pay rate is £11.60ph PAYE or £15.39 UMB
