The hours are 08.00 till 15.00, duties include cooking and preparing breakfast and lunch, including desserts, and also preparing supper, for residents
ensuring that all menus are followed for people with special diets

General kitchen duties in line with Breach House policies

Must ensure that the kitchen is clean and tidy following all infection control procedures, and paperwork is completed, stock rotation and ordering of food stocks are to be done by the Cook, also creating and implementing menu's in line with the residents dietary needs.

Kitchen training nvqs available if desired
