BIA People are in search of Plate Waiters who would be available for a large sporting event in the Cheltenham area.

Shifts in March 2024:
Tuesday 12th

Friday 15th

We are holding a registration and training 26th&29th February at 10am and 2pm on both days. You will be having a telephone interview before getting allocated a slot on the training.

Position Purpose:

We are currently seeking Plate Waiters to join our team.

You will be a part of an amazing group of exceptional staff who will be working at an array of spectacular event.

Key Responsibilities:

Waiting tables, taking customers orders and clearing plates
Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
Adhere to any guest and manager requests quickly and efficiently
Know how to open and pour wines
Be immaculately dressed/wellpresented
Competent in engaging with guests

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Experience working as a Waiter/Waitress
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Ability to work flexible hours inclusive of evenings and weekends
You must be over the age of 18 to apply

Experience:

Hospitality: 1 year (required)
Bartending: 1 year (required)

**Ideally it would be better if you can drive and hold a full UK driving licence. Parking available at the venue.
