Description

Interim L&D Co-Ordinator/Trainer with occasional on-site visits ¦Up to £16 per hour + Travel expenses

Macildowie is working on an exciting opportunity for an experience trainer to deliver a range of development activities including workshops, bite size sessions and other learning solutions across a healthcare organisation, the role is mainly remote but withoccasional on-site visits.

Key duties include

Undertake the delivery of learning and development events at diverse locations throughout the UK.
Support needs through the provision of a continuous source of training provision, coaching, mentoring and guidance
Work closely alongside the L&D team to identify learning and development needs
Assist with the organisation and delivery of workshops and seminars
Research and give accurate advice and guidance to all enquiries regarding internal learning and development,
Order training material supplies monitoring training and development spend

The role is for an ASAP start and is paying up to £16 per hour plus travel expenses.
