Loading Supervisor - Oldham

Hours Hours Per work

Pay - £35k per annum


Responsibilities of the Supervisor

  • Training and development of new starters
  • Manage staffing levels in different departments to make sure areas are fully covered
  • Reporting directly to the works manager
  • Machine setting
  • Make sure the loading bay is operating efficiently
  • Achieve operational targets
  • Report any maintenance faults such as FLT's etc
  • Support the Goods in/out dept

Benefits & Requirements:


  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
  • Overtime Available
  • Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
