Overview & Duties:

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will take the lead in our customer interactions, delivering top-tier assistance. Your role will be pivotal in upholding our reputation for delivering unparalleled customer service.


Key responsibilities encompass:

  • Collaborating seamlessly with other departments to address customer queries, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer journey promptly and accurately.
  • Cultivating an extensive understanding of our services, staying current with internal updates and industry developments within this everevolving field.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling, tailoring them to fit the unique needs of each customer.
  • Maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Recognising and escalating intricate or unresolved matters to the relevant department for resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a customercentric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
