Description

In this commercial data science role, you will lead projects focusing on customer analytics - including understanding LTV and customer segmentation.

Your team will also be responsible for the buildout of a propensity model.

These projects will allow thebusiness to build a single customer view and predict consumer behaviour, including the possibility of churn, predicted spend and what products they are likely to buy.


The business is currently undergoing a large tech transformation programme, including a migration from on-prem and legacy systems to Azure and are implementing a variety of new and emerging technologies you'll get to work with.


Role requirements

  • Experience delivering data science products and building machine learning models
  • Ability to communicate data science concepts to both technical and nontechnical
  • Exposure to the Azure stack
  • Strong technical skills with Python (and its libraries), Spark, and SQL
  • Mentorship/leadership experience in a data environment.
This is a predominately a remote role with occasional travel to Leeds.
