Our friendly Health Records team delivers vital information to colleagues to support safe patient care and is an integral part of the patient's journey.

The department aims to provide an effective Health Records service for the Trust in accordance with agreed policies and procedures.

You will be required to complete a whole host of duties which include but are not limited to;

  • Liaise with colleagues, Team Leaders and managers, as appropriate, to ensure duties are completed, issues and concerns raised.
  • Problemsolve and check for accuracy of health records and respond to queries to ensure the provision of Health Records.
  • To be aware of the departments and Trust policies and guidelines, and ensure these are adhered to
  • Retrieving and filing confidential information and scanning documentation.
