Caley Cruisers LTD has been a family run business since 1969. The company begun in the charter boat industry before expanding into marinas, engineering, sales and wildlife watching companies.

The role being advertised focuses purely on the Boat & Engine Sales side of the Caley Marina umbrella.

Caley Marina have been successful Yacht Brokers for 30+ Years and are registered and trained with the ABYA.

They are also the UK importers to Pioner boats and distribute the rotationally moulded vessels right across the UK and overseas to agents and dealers alike.

This couples in with the company being one of the largest Yamaha Outboard dealers in the UK serving both the leisure and commercial industries with new engines and spares.

Yacht Brokerage, Pioner Boat Distribution & Sales and Yamaha Outboard engines Sales will be the key responsibilities for this role working within a small team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers & agents.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers & agents.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop sales plans and strategies to meet customer & agents needs.
• Develop presentations and demonstrate products to customers.
• Negotiate contracts with customers.
• Analyse customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Salary:
£27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Inverness: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 5 years (preferred)
• Customer service: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
