CRM MANAGER

UP TO £48,000

THE COMPANY
This Hospitality brand owns multiple hotels and restaurants and is a leading company in the industry


THE ROLE
As a CRM Manager, you will be involved in the following:

  • Taking the triggered communications and reporting and helping to advance this and making them more tailored
  • Looking at customer journeys, and building out new ones
  • Working closely with creative teams and agencies on big CRM projects

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Adobe campaign is preferable, but any ESP is good
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • HTML is a plus
  • Experience as a CRM Manager is the preference
