If you're an Accounts Assistant who wants to accomplish transactional accounting and then be able to progress to Finance Manager in the future, here is your opportunity.

The business is renowned for bringing in ambitious individuals who are eager to get to the next phase of their career - this won't happen overnight; you need to walk before you can run but in the next 2-3 years you will definitely see how your career has accelerated.

In fact, they already have 2 others in the same who are on this pathway at the moment, so the business is well versed in supporting with training and development plans.

All they are asking for is someone who has worked in finance for 18 months - 2 years; providing you are experienced in ledger accounting - they will help with the rest

Once you AAT is complete, you can move onto ACCA/ CIMA which will be fully funded for by the business - and the experience you will gain subsequently will involve month-end reporting and management accounts preparation.

The Finance Director of the company really does have his team's best interests at heart so whether you approach him for support with an upcoming AAT exam or you have an idea that you wish to put forward, his door is always open
