Description

Our client, based just outside Nottingham city centre, are looking for Software Support to join their team. You will provide technical support to customers and staff across all platforms. Our client is looking for someone with experience in a similar support role.

£26,000 - £27,000

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

1 day a week working from home.

23 days holiday + bank holidays.

Software Support - The Role:

Assessing problems raised by internal departments and clients
Identifying and assessing technological solutions to problems
Database administration
Handling internal Hardware queries (troubleshooting and passing to a third party if necessary)
Working with cross functional teams including the Developers
Driving improvements to systems to reduce administration time
Responding quickly and accurately to requests from management
Experience in a similar role
Strong interpersonal skills
Technical skills including experience of SQL databases
Working knowledge of helpdesk tools
Excellent communication skills
