The Learning Disabilities and Autism (LDA) programme aims to improve health and care services so that more children, young people and adults with a learning disability, autism or both can live in the community, with the right support, and close to home.

Working as an integrated commissioning team across health and social care, we have an opportunity to significantly improve population health across Surrey and reduce health inequalities for our LDA population.

We are committed to involving people with lived experience and their families and/or carers, residents and the public in our work, including shaping and co-producing services.
